Reports

The numbers you actually open, not thirty charts.

A good report answers a question somebody actually asks. How much came in this month, who has not been here for three weeks, which class fills and which does not, and what comes off cards next month. Every number here opens down to the movements that made it, because a report you cannot take apart is a report you cannot trust.

What It Does

  1. Today, on One Page

What came in, who arrived, what is happening in the rooms now.

  2. Every Number Opens

Each line leads to the movements that make it up.

  3. Memberships and Movement

Joins, cancellations, freezes and renewals, by month.

  4. Occupancy by Class

Which session fills and which does not, by hour and by instructor.

  5. Who Is at Risk

People who have stopped coming, before they cancel.

  6. By Location

Each site on its own, or all of them together.

How It Works

  1. Open today

The first screen is what is happening today, not an archive.

  2. Choose a period

A month, a quarter, or a range you set.

  3. Open a number

Every amount leads to the movements behind it.

  4. Export

For whoever has to work with it outside the system.

Common Questions

Can I give my accountant access?

You can export, and you can also give a role that sees the money and not the rest of the system.

Do reports include the shop and rentals?

Yes, on separate lines. Membership, product and rental revenue are three different things.

Can I see several locations at once?

Yes. Read each location on its own or all of them together, from the same screen.

The VAT report does not yet count access-product sales exactly as the processor's documents do. We know, and it is being worked on.
