Automations

The message you would have sent if you had remembered.

An automation is not a campaign. It is one message that goes at one moment to one person: the day before a class, after she has not been in for a fortnight, before a membership renews, or after her first class. You set it up once and it happens every day without anybody touching it.

What It Does

  1. A Trigger, Not a Schedule

It goes because something happened, not because it is Tuesday.

  2. A Class Reminder

Before the class, on the channel she chose.

  3. People Who Disappeared

After a number of days without attending, in words you write.

  4. Before a Renewal

So nobody is surprised by the charge.

  5. Welcome

After joining, and after the first class.

  6. Turn One Off

Each automation stands alone, so you can stop just that one.

How It Works

  1. Pick a moment

Before a class, after an absence, before a renewal, after joining.

  2. Write the text

Once, with her name and the class details inside it.

  3. Pick a channel

Push, email, or WhatsApp on an approved template.

  4. It runs

Every day, on its own, and it appears in the send log.

Common Questions

Does a WhatsApp automation need approval?

A message you start on WhatsApp goes from an approved template. That is what keeps your number working rather than blocked.

Can I see what went out?

Yes. Every automated send is logged with the recipient, the channel and the time.

What about somebody who opted out?

She does not receive it. Her channel preference applies to automations as much as to messages you send by hand.
