Money and Payments

One payment into the bank, and you can see who is inside it.

Money is where a management system either saves you an evening a month or creates one. Here the payment that lands in your bank opens down to the member, every payment raises a real tax invoice through the processor, every refund raises a credit note, and VAT is counted from the invoice date with deferred revenue held against what has not been delivered yet.

What It Does

  1. Reconciled to the Member

Open the payment and see every charge that makes it up.

  2. A Real Tax Invoice

Raised through the processor on every payment, with a credit note on every refund.

  3. VAT on the Right Date

Counted from the invoice date, with deferred revenue on what has not been delivered.

  4. Refunds Need Approval

A refund is approved before it leaves, and it does not vanish without a trace.

  5. A Replaced Card

The processor sends the replaced-card file, the token updates and billing continues.

  6. bit As Well

Alongside the five card brands, in the same payment and the same report.

How It Works

  1. Connect a processor

Open the account through Makom rather than across three separate conversations.

  2. She pays

The card is stored as a token, and not stored by you.

  3. The document is raised

A tax invoice on every payment and a credit note on every refund, automatically.

  4. The payment lands

Open it and see who is inside and what each of them bought.

Common Questions

Do you store card numbers?

No. The card is held as a token by the processor, and the system keeps only the reference to it.

Can I keep the processor I already use?

Tell us who you work with and we will say plainly whether we can connect to them today.

What happens when a member's card is replaced?

The processor sends the replaced-card file, the token updates itself, and the next charge goes through without a phone call.

The commercial terms with the processor are not settled yet.
