Messages

Write it once, and send it to whoever needs it.

A good message reaches the right audience on the channel they actually read. Here you pick an audience from what the system already knows: who is active, who has stopped coming, who is booked into a particular class or at one location, and then send it as a push, an email or a WhatsApp and see what went and what was opened.

What It Does

  1. By Audience

Everyone, active members, people who stopped coming, one class, or one location.

  2. On the Channel She Reads

Push, email or WhatsApp, and according to the preference she chose.

  3. A Send Log

What went, to whom, and what was opened. No message without a trace.

  4. To One Class

Message only the people booked into a session, for instance when the instructor changes.

  5. Hebrew Set Properly

Right to left, with no reversed text and no punctuation that jumped to the wrong side.

  6. She Can Stop It

Every recipient controls her own channels, and that is respected.

How It Works

  1. Pick an audience

Filter by status, class, location or join date.

  2. Write it once

The same text goes out on every channel you chose.

  3. Send or schedule

Now, or at a time you set.

  4. See what happened

The send log shows who received it and what was opened.

Common Questions

Does WhatsApp work for messages I start?

Yes, through approved templates. An unapproved template will not go out, and that is deliberate: it is what keeps your number from being blocked.

What about somebody who asked to stop receiving messages?

She does not receive them. The preference is held per channel and every send respects it without you having to remember.

Can I message only people who have disappeared?

Yes. There is an audience of people who have not attended within a window you define, and it keeps itself current.
