Members, memberships, class packs, balances and history come across from EasyWeek. You run both systems side by side until the day you choose to switch, so no month of billing is ever at risk.
A move that costs you capability is not a move. These are the things a studio runs on every day, and none of them is what you would be giving up.
General booking software does a calendar well. A studio is not only a calendar: it has a membership that renews every month, a class pack that runs out mid-week, and a health declaration that has to be signed before somebody walks in. Here those three are one system.

02 / What changes
Five things that are different from the first day
Everything below is how Makom behaves. Try each one in a demo on your own timetable rather than taking it from a comparison page.
The exact place in the room, not just the class
A member books Reformer 4, not the nine o'clock. The spot travels with the booking, onto the roster and through check-in, and you can take one machine out of service for a day without touching the bookings around it.
One payment, and you can open it
All five card brands and bit arrive as a single payment into your bank. Open it and every member inside is listed with what they bought, so tying a deposit to a charge is a click rather than an afternoon.
A card is replaced and the membership carries on
The processor sends the replaced-card file, the token updates itself and billing continues. You do not find out at month end, and you do not find out from the member.
Your members bring the next ones
A member invites a friend and money comes off both memberships. She gifts a class as a link rather than a code. She books the machine beside a friend, and she can see who brings the most people in.
Hebrew first, not Hebrew afterwards
Right to left, miluim freezes, tashlumim, bit and VAT counted from the invoice date are what the product was built on rather than what it was adapted to. It is tested in Hebrew from the first screen.
03 / How the move works
Three steps, and one month where nothing is at stake
We move your data
Members, memberships, class packs, balances and history. You do not export anything, and you do not retype anything.
Run both for a month
Two systems, one month, no month of billing at risk. You keep working exactly as you do now while you decide.
Switch on a day you pick
Not on a day we pick, and not on a renewal date. You choose it, and we are on the phone that morning.
We will run the import against a copy of your own data before you commit to anything, so you see your studio in Makom rather than a demo studio.

Tell us how your studio runs today.
We will show you the move on your own data and say plainly where it helps you and where it does not.
