One-to-One Appointments

Personal training, treatments and intro calls, in the same diary.

Not everything a studio does is a group class. An appointment is a service with a length, a price and a person who gives it, and its availability is worked out from that person's real diary. A member picks a free time herself, and she cannot pick one already taken by a class that person is teaching.

What It Does

  1. A Service With a Length and a Price

A 50-minute session is not the same thing as a 15-minute intro.

  2. Real Availability

Worked out from the staff member's diary, including the classes she teaches.

  3. She Books It Herself

Picks a free time from the app, with no back-and-forth messages.

  4. Blocks

Block an hour or a day for one person, and availability updates.

  5. Priced or Included

An appointment can be sold on its own or included in a plan.

  6. A Reminder Before

So the hour that was taken is an hour somebody turns up for.

How It Works

  1. Define a service

Name, length, price, and who on the team gives it.

  2. Set availability

Working hours per person, with blocks on top.

  3. She picks a time

Only genuinely free times are shown to her.

  4. It lands in the diary

Hers, the staff member's, and your day view.

Common Questions

Can each instructor have their own hours?

Yes. Availability belongs to the person rather than the studio, and the classes they teach take time out of it.

Can I offer a free intro session?

Yes. A service priced at zero behaves like any other, including the reminder and the attendance record.

Can we book on a member's behalf from the desk?

Yes. The booking is recorded against whoever made it, so it is clear afterwards who set the appointment up and when.
