Freezes and Reserve Duty

Life happens, and the membership has to know how to pause.

A freeze is not one button. Travel, injury and reserve duty are different things, and the difference is how long is allowed, whether it costs anything and whether it needs approval. You define the reasons and their rules once, and the system applies them to every freeze without you deciding again each time.

What It Does

  1. A Reason With Rules

Each freeze reason has an allowed length, a cost and whether it needs approval.

  2. Miluim Is Exempt

A built-in reason, with no limit and no cost, because that is how it should be.

  3. The Charge Moves, It Is Not Lost

The renewal date shifts by exactly the number of days frozen.

  4. She Asks From the App

Without a phone call, and you approve if the reason needs approval.

  5. When She Comes Back

A list of who returns this week, so you know what is coming in the timetable.

  6. All of It Recorded

Who froze, when, for what reason, and who approved it.

How It Works

  1. Define the reasons

Travel, injury, reserve duty, and anything else that matters at your studio.

  2. Set rules per reason

How many days, with or without a cost, with or without approval.

  3. She asks

    From the app, with dates.

  4. The charge shifts

The membership pauses and the renewal moves by exactly that many days.

Common Questions

Why is reserve duty its own reason?

Because in Israel it should not be one more request waiting for approval. It is defined in advance as exempt from the day limit and from any cost.

Can I limit how many times a year?

Yes, per reason. Travel can be limited to twice a year and injury not at all.

What happens to a class pack during a freeze?

Its expiry moves by the same number of days, so no entry disappears because she was not here to use it.
