Importing From Your Current System

You export nothing, and you retype nothing.

What stops a migration is almost never the new system, it is the fear of moving the data. Here the import runs against a copy first, produces a plan you can read before anything is touched, and only writes for real once you have approved it. Members, memberships, class packs, balances and history come across as they are.

What It Does

  1. A Plan First, Writing Second

See exactly what will come across and what will not, before anything happens.

  2. Balances Come Across Exactly

Entries left on a pack and its expiry date arrive as they are.

  3. History, Not Only Now

Attendance and payments come across, so a member's tenure does not reset.

  4. Run Both in Parallel

A month where two systems work, with no month of billing at risk.

  5. It Can Be Run Again

An import that runs twice does not create duplicates.

  6. You Pick the Day

Not us, and not a renewal date.

How It Works

  1. We take a copy

Without you exporting files and without you stopping work.

  2. We produce a plan

What comes across, what conflicts, and what needs a decision.

  3. You approve it

After seeing your own studio rather than a demo studio.

  4. We write

And the system is ready while the old one is still running.

Common Questions

Do I have to export files myself?

No. That is the part we do, and it is deliberate: manual export is exactly where data goes missing.

What if something does not fit?

It surfaces in the plan before anything is written, with a name and a row, so you decide what to do rather than finding it afterwards.

Which systems can you import from?

ARBOX is supported today. If you are on something else, tell us what you run and we will say plainly what we can take.
