Members message their instructor, with limits that protect the instructor's evenings. The hundredth class gets marked.
Questions
Can each member choose her own reformer?
Yes, or you keep that choice at the desk. It is a setting of the room, and a reformer can go out of service for a day without moving the other bookings.
Can a newcomer buy an intro pack before she has an account?
She can try a single class as a drop-in first, or claim one free trial class if you switch it on. Studio Nava sells a three-class intro pack for ₪120.
Do private sessions need a second system?
No. One-to-one sessions are appointments in the same diary, sold on their own or included in a plan.
We run on ARBOX today. What happens to our members?
They come across with their memberships, packs and balances. You run both systems for a month and switch on a day you pick.
Does our money go through Makom?
No. It goes from the card processor straight to your bank account. We never hold it.
