Common Questions

Does our money go through Makom?

No. It goes from the card processor straight to your bank account. We never hold it.

Can I close the studio for a holiday week?

Yes. A closure covers a date range, cancels the sessions inside it and tells everyone booked in one action.

What happens when a member's card is replaced?

The processor sends the replaced-card file, the token updates itself, and the next charge goes through without a phone call.

Can the instructor mark attendance instead of the door?

Yes. Every class has a roster the instructor opens from her phone, and marking somebody there counts exactly as checking in.

How do we move from ARBOX?

We move your members, memberships, packs and balances. You run both for a month and switch on a day you pick.

Common Questions

How do I sign in?

With your phone number or your email. There is no password. One account works at every studio you belong to.

How do I cancel a booking?

In your studio's app or on its website, inside the cancellation window your studio sets.

Can I pause my membership for reserve duty?

Yes. Ask your studio: reserve duty is a freeze reason of its own and does not cost you days.

Where are my invoices?

Every invoice, receipt and agreement sits in your studio's app, under your membership.

How do I delete my account?

From your account settings, or through the delete account page. delete account page
